Amaze Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated virtual care team. We deliver concierge-style virtual care that feels like having a trusted “doctor friend” on call 24/7, guiding patients with clarity, compassion, and confidence while empowering them to take control of their health.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted license as an APP
- Minimum of four (4) years providing care in primary, family, urgent or emergency care
- Strong communication and digital literacy skills
