Helpdesk Support Analyst

The Support Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support of all hardware, software, and IT systems at Amazing Care HHS, ensuring smooth operation of technology and providing end-user support.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant IT experience
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments
• Familiarity with Ubiquiti UniFi network systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused with a helpful, responsive approach
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing IT environment
• Ability to manage tasks, prioritize work, and take ownership
