Home Health RN

We are seeking motivated RN's with experience in Home Health Skilled Nursing Visits to join our team in Green Valley Ranch. In this role, you will visit our clients in their home and help with skills needing to be assessed or managed and offering education.

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the state of Colorado
• Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a similar setting
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in computer usage and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
