Job Description
We are seeking motivated RN's with experience in Home Health Skilled Nursing Visits to join our team in Grand Junction. As a Home Health RN, you will visit clients in their home and help with skills needing to be assessed or managed and offering education.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Colorado
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a similar setting
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in computer usage and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
