Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy to adult clients in Loveland/Fort Collins, CO. As a Speech Language Pathologist at Amazing Care Home Health Services, you will conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Requirements

• A master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
• ASHA Certification or documentation of passing PRAXIS exam and completion of a Clinical Fellow/Externship
• Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of Colorado
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
