Speech Language Pathologist - Home Health

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy services to adult patients in Westminster, CO. In this role, you will assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders through individualized therapy delivered in the comfort of patients’ homes.

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
• ASHA Certification or documentation of passing PRAXIS exam and completion of a Clinical Fellow/Externship
• Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of Colorado
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in Speech Language Pathology
