Requirements
- Handle incoming requests to the customer support team via phone and CRM system, including registration.
- Timely follow up on open requests.
- Timely and correctly processing, checking, and closing requests and orders.
- Escalate issues to customer service coordinators or the regional customer service manager.
- Travel Arrangements for field service technicians as required, including site and travel requirements (i.e. ISN/Avetta/VISA/etc.).
- Maintain the field service schedule as required.
- Labor hour administration and booking, as per requirements in the applicable region.
- Work cost efficient.
- Provide input on processes to improve the quality of the customer support.
