We are seeking a Global HR Manager to lead our worldwide HR strategy, develop HR programs and processes, and implement and maintain HR standards.
Requirements
- At least 8-10 years of experience in an international HR role, preferably with a focus on strategy and organizational development.
- Strong in translating vision into concrete HR programs.
- Experience in developing and rolling out international HR frameworks.
- Analytically strong and used to working with HR data.
- Communicatively skilled, involved, and able to switch effectively at different levels and cultures.
- Hands-on mentality; you take responsibility and bring things into motion.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
