Chief of Staff, Office of the President

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to join our Office of the President. The role will involve driving trajectory-changing decisions, leveraging the President's strategic and operational expertise, and owning or quarterbacking critical projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, BizOps, investing, or high-impact operating roles, with a proven ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems with limited direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, BizOps, investing, or high-impact operating roles
• Proven ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems with limited direction
• Exceptional clarity of thought and communication (especially written)
• Experience working closely with senior executives or founders
• High judgment, discretion, and comfort handling confidential information
