Inside Sales Engineer - HVAC/R International

HVAC/R International is a leading Master Distributor for Dunham-Bush USA, supporting customers across Florida, Latin America, and the Caribbean. The Inside Sales Engineer role supports day-to-day sales operations by partnering closely with Sales Engineers to drive business success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC applications, technical sales, or sales support.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and commercial/industrial applications.
• Familiarity with HVAC design principles, building specifications, and relevant standards (ASHRAE, AHRI, etc.).
• Proficiency with HVAC selection/software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop effective, customer-focused solutions.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
