Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in expanding our reach and enhancing our business relationships within the Facility Management industry.
Requirements
- Maintain and cultivate current client relationships
- Identify new clients and develop new sales areas
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments
- Collaborate closely with sales and design teams
- Provide mentorship and training to junior sales staff
- Manage inputs from key stakeholders across departments
- Develop clear win strategies for each bid
- Prepare and review commercial aspects of bids
- Track and mitigate risks throughout the bid process
- Contribute to the preparation of written proposals
- Manage bid budgets
- Coordinate client presentations
