Raineri Construction is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This critically important role will be responsible for proactively identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic plans to increase our revenue and market share, and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Requirements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
- Conduct extensive research and analysis of market opportunities and competition to identify potential areas for growth.
- Build and maintain exceptionally strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Assist with the development and delivery of persuasive proposals and presentations to pitch services to new clients.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure our services meet and exceed the needs of our clients.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Develop and maintain a deep and comprehensive understanding of our services and how Raineri can be a more cost-effective and reliable construction partner.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends with an unrelenting focus on exceeding targets.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients
