Job Description
The Assistant Property Manager assists the Property Manager in managing residential real estate property, performing duties such as data entry, collecting rent, and enforcing company policies.
Requirements
- Experience in LIHTC property management required
- Associates degree from a vocational school, college/university or job related experience preferred
- Six months to a year of related experience and/or training
