Job Description
The Benefits and Leave Coordinator position is responsible for administrative and compliance support for the Company group benefits, leave of absence programs, managing the open enrollment process, and communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a 4-year college or technical school preferred or equivalent job-related experience.
- Three to five years of related experience and/or training.
- Proven experience in benefit administration, LOA/FMLA/worker's compensation and HRIS data management.
- Strong knowledge of eligibility, COBRA, QLEs, billing/reconciliation and vendor management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS system knowledge (ADP, Paycom, etc.).
- Valid State Issued Drivers’ License
- Authorized to work in the United States
