Job Description
Perform maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance in and around the apartment community under general supervision. Schedule and complete maintenance checks, work within expense limits, and maintain inventory controls. Read and comprehend maintenance manuals and specifications to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning appliances.
Requirements
- High school graduate or general education degree
- 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training
- Valid state issued drivers' license
- Current HVAC certification (preferred)
- Basic working knowledge of data entry, word processing, and property management software (One-Site, Real Page)
