Job Description
Regional Property Manager plans and directs operations and maintenance of HUD and LIHTC sites within a delegated area, with a focus on properties in and around Atlanta, Georgia.
Requirements
- Administer company policies related to property management and marketing
- Visit site offices, inspect field operations, and review reports from property managers
- Prepare directives for property managers on company policies and procedures
- Review budget estimates and assist property managers with budget preparation
- Implement changes in policy based on market requirements and probable future needs
