The Assistant Manager role at Ambrosia QSR supports the overall operations of a single restaurant, serving as the right hand to the General Manager and participating in ongoing development training to foster internal growth within the company. The role requires strong coaching skills, proficiency in all workstations, and a solid understanding of shift control responsibilities. The Assistant Manager must also be capable of handling administrative tasks as requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Serv Safe training & certificate
• Prior experience with a POS System
• 1-2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience
