The Assistant Manager role at Ambrosia QSR supports the overall operations of a single restaurant, serving as the right hand to the General Manager and participating in ongoing development training. Assistant Managers must have strong coaching skills, be proficient in all workstations, and have a solid understanding of shift control responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Serv Safe training & certificate
• Prior experience with a POS System
• 1-2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience
