The Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance of Ambrosia QSR restaurants and grounds, and assists the management team in the oversight of equipment and supplies. They work with the Director of Operations to identify and negotiate with outside vendors, and schedule regular maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects.
Requirements
- Hands-on, self-starter with a clear aptitude for commercial building systems, mechanics, and structural components
- Ability to evaluate efficiencies and manage multiple tasks
- Strong focus on thorough planning, consistent communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required
- Ability to travel 50%-75% of the time, more often in emergency situations
