The Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance of Ambrosia QSR restaurants and grounds while assisting the management team in the oversight, purchasing and upkeep of equipment and supplies.
Requirements
- Facilities Manager with hands-on experience in commercial building maintenance and management
- 3-5 years related work experience in a multi-unit, commercial/restaurant building environment
- Ability to evaluate efficiencies and negotiate with vendors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues
- Flexibility to work varied schedules and travel up to 75% of the time
