Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance of Ambrosia QSR restaurants and grounds while assisting the management team in the oversight, purchasing and upkeep of equipment and supplies.

Requirements

• Facilities Manager with hands-on experience in commercial building maintenance and management
• 3-5 years related work experience in a multi-unit, commercial/restaurant building environment
• Ability to evaluate efficiencies and negotiate with vendors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and travel up to 75% of the time
