Job Description
AMC Networks is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join our Technology Services team based in New York, NY. The successful candidate will perform day-to-day support, administration, and proactive monitoring to maintain the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in an enterprise environment
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting best practices
- Strong experience with ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, Request, Knowledge, SLAs
- Experience with ITOM, including Discovery
- Experience with Integration Hub, Flow, Workflow Editor, and Process Automation modules
- Experience with Performance Analytics and advanced reporting modules
- Experience with Active Directory and LDAP integrations
- Experience with managing Update Sets for controlled migration between Instances
