Job Description
Mark Anthony Group is seeking a System Administrator, ServiceNow to join their team. As a key member of the Service Management Office (SMO), you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational stability, governance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role plays a critical part in strengthening internal ServiceNow capability as platform ownership transitions from external vendors to in-house support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
- Strong working knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management), ITIL frameworks, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) structures
- Experience configuring ServiceNow components including Flow Designer, Studio, Update Sets, ACLs, business rules, and scripting
- Demonstrated ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex platform and configuration issues
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
