Job Description
The CLM & Contract Administrator will act as the primary business owner of the CLM platform, responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with contract management processes and maintaining an accurate and auditable contract repository.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, IT, or equivalent relevant experience
- Hands-on experience administering or working with CLM systems, ideally Ironclad
- Experience configuring workflows, approvals, dashboards, and reports within a platform
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems — SAP and/or Oracle experience preferred
- Experience with Ironclad and/or Salesforce (SFDC) highly valuable
- Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and commitment to data accuracy
- Organised, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
