We are seeking a CLM & Contracts Administrator to administer the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) / Contracts Management System (CMS) and support contract administration through analytics, reporting, documentation, compliance coordination, and process management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration, contract operations, or paralegal support
- Proven experience in a Contract Administrator or similar operational support role
- Basic understanding of contract management principles and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CLM / CMS tools strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to obtain and maintain credentials to serve as a Notary Public for the department
