CLM Administrator

The CLM Administrator is responsible for overseeing the configuration, optimization, and daily operation of the organization’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system for the legal department. This role ensures that contract workflows, templates, and data are accurate, compliant, and aligned with organizational requirements.

Requirements

• Maintain and configure the CLM system
• Troubleshoot user issues
• Manage system updates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for CLM users
• Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials
• Monitor user activity and adoption
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance
• Perform regular audits of metadata, workflows, templates, and contract repositories
• Support reporting and dashboard creation for contract analytics and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to refine contracting processes
• Maintain documentation for configurations, business rules, and governance procedures
• Participate in contract policy enforcement
• Work with IT and business teams to support integrations between the CLM and CRM, ERP, e-signature, and other systems
• Identify opportunities for automation and system efficiencies
