Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role (post-diploma)
• Experience working in a matrix, international organisation
• Solid understanding of core HR processes and strong motivation to deepen HR expertise
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with interest in HR systems and AI tools (ex: Copilot, Workday)
• Autonomous, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills
