Job Description
The Line Operator is responsible for the direct supervision of production lines, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, quantity, and housekeeping standards. The operator is responsible for interpreting production work orders, maintaining equipment knowledge, and reporting problems. Additionally, the operator assists in training production assistants and organizes work for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Overall knowledge and experience of extruders, recycling procedures, and profiles of resins and their properties
- Ability to read and write in English
- High School diploma or GED preferred
