Maintenance Manager

Amcor is a global leader in packaging solutions, and we're seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team in Jackson, TN. This role will work closely with the Plant Director and Production Manager to foster a continuous improvement environment and meet operational goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process-controlled manufacturing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience in managing technical resources.

Requirements

• Report to Plant Director
• Manage plant Technical Resources
• Meet operational goals and objectives
• Work with Scheduling to Schedule PM's
• Work with Production Supervisors on training programs
• Direct Maintenance / Tooling / Automation Supervisors
• Prepare and maintains budget goal
• Identify processes and create programs to reduce costs and improve product quality
• Ability to effectively handle employee relation issues
• Ability to serve as a qualified back up to the Production Manager
