Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum of five years previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Computer literate
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate activities with other departments
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
