Job Description
IPsoft is seeking a Service Technology Sr. Linux Engineer to install and configure Linux hosts, create and deploy virtual hosts, deploy and configure Java applications, and troubleshoot resource bottlenecks. The ideal candidate will have strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting skills, experience with code repositories, and knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl and Bash.
Requirements
- Very strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting skills
- TCP/IP and basic networking knowledge
- Experience using code repositories (svn/git)
- Cassandra experience
- Configuring and administering MySQL databases
