We are looking for several Customer Service Advisors for SEB Telephone Bank in Gothenburg. The job involves receiving incoming telephone calls related to various bank matters, where you will assist customers digitally via telephone. The job will begin with a longer training plan that includes both theoretical and practical elements to provide the best possible conditions to succeed in the role.

Requirements

• Experience in service, preferably from customer service via telephone or similar work
• Good telephone and computer skills
• Fluent in both Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Upper secondary education with a university preparatory qualification (preferably with an emphasis on economics)
• Genuine interest in bank/finance
