Join a passionate and diverse team to make a difference in human space exploration and working with NASA. The Junior Stress Analyst will support structural analysis tasks and review requirements on Flight Hardware, Ground Support Equipment, and Test Support Equipment.
Perform classical hand calculations for stress analysis, create Finite element models, apply loads and boundary conditions, and calculate Margins of Safety. Prepare structural analysis reports and collaborate with other engineers to find resolutions to technical issues.
This role requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field or a related area. Familiarity with desktop software applications and excellent oral and written communication skills are also required.
