Program Coordinator (RN)

Tec Centro Workforce Network is seeking a mission-driven, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and expand their Allied Health training programs, with primary oversight of their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and NATCEP initiatives.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); Master’s preferred.
• Direct experience with Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Programs (NATCEP).
• Demonstrated knowledge of Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) and federal regulatory requirements.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional oversight.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multi-site program implementation and growth.

• Competitive salary range: $58,000 - $115,000 per year
