Job Description
Ludlowe Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a RN Staff Development Coordinator to design, implement, and oversee training programs for the team. The ideal candidate will have a valid state nursing license, advanced degree or certification, and experience in a nursing leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting. Responsibilities include developing and delivering orientation and ongoing training programs, assessing training needs, and evaluating training effectiveness.
