Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Underground wet utilities or roadside fiber installation experience
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations
- Experience with project management software (Premier, Clue, Primavera, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
