ACU is looking for a Member Contact Center Representative with a passion for helping others to join their team, providing friendly voice, sharp communication skills, and customer service experience to assist members with account inquiries and provide information on loan applications and payments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6 months to 1-year related experience in a customer service position
- Pleasant and professional phone manner and service skills
- Computer literacy
- Effective written and oral communication
- 10-Key skills and typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
- Excellent interpersonal, member service, and organizational skills
