Machine Operator (Day / Night Shifts)

American Battery Technology Company (ABTC) seeks a Machine Operator to collaborate across various departments to efficiently scale production at our Pilot Plant. The ideal candidate will possess experience in an industrial manufacturing environment and have substantial hands-on manufacturing skills.

Requirements

• Monitor and operate a variety of machines throughout the shift.
• Assist with the movement of raw, WIP, and finished materials.
• Use the ERP system to execute assigned jobs and record/report production data and outcomes.
• Report mechanical and physical parts failures to the manager and maintenance department through work orders.
• Monitor product quality and ensure activities are performed to quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and work Instructions.
• Accurately report daily machine production.
• Read and interpret manufacturing orders to ensure the finished products meet specifications.
• Perform changeovers with Maintenance and Engineering teams.
• Work overtime as necessary to cover other shift operators and meet overall production demands.
