Job Description
Production Machine Operator position available for a day shift. Set up and run machines to produce precision parts, and earn up to $40 per hour. Growth potential and excellent work-life balance.
Requirements
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machines
- Make machine adjustments as needed
- Measure parts and log production data
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and comparators
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Complete daily production and quality control logs
- Follow SQC practices and control charts to maintain product specifications
- Perform equipment/part changeovers as skills progress
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Communicate effectively across shifts
- Occasionally operate forklift to maintain raw material supply
