The Time and Attendance Administrator supports the day-to-day administration of the organization’s timecard and time and attendance system to help ensure accurate, timely, and policy-compliant time entry and approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
- Relevant experience supporting timecard, time and attendance, payroll, HRIS, or workforce management processes
- Experience providing user support, resolving routine system issues, and working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a deadline-driven environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and support timely resolution
