Job Description
The Time and Attendance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the organization's timecard and time and attendance system. The role supports organization-wide adoption through training, user support, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination with Payroll, Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, and Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
- Relevant experience administering timecard, time and attendance, payroll, HRIS, or workforce management systems
- Strong knowledge of timekeeping, time and attendance, and workforce administration processes
