Job Description
The Human Resources Manager oversees and manages key human resource and operations activities for the organization, including employee relations, legal compliance, HR program management, HRIS maintenance and reporting, and employee training programs. This exempt position reports to the Associate Vice President of Human Resources in the Department of Human Resources. It is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week remote. The salary range is $105,000 - $120,000.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- HRCI and/or SHRM certification is a plus
- At least 5+ years of similar or related HR generalist experience
- Experience with administration of HR/Payroll systems (UKG a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
