Job Description
The Business HR Partner works under the supervision of more senior Business HR staff to provide Human Resources support in a wide variety of HR disciplines. Ensures consulting is in alignment with BHR Manager of business unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field
- Two years of related HR experience
- Valid driver's license
- Professional certification in Human Resources, such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Sr Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), etc.
