Job Description
Assist with the leasing, maintenance, inspection and utilization of Company owned property realizing the maximum return for the organization. Assist in the acquisition of real estate required for Company operations and disposal of real estate not required for Company operations.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Real Estate Agent Associate (Salary Grade 5) or Real Estate Agent (Salary Grade 6) certification
- Associate's degree in real estate, business, engineering, paralegal or related field; or paralegal certification, appraiser/assessor certification or real estate broker
