Job Description
Assist with leasing, maintenance, inspection, and utilization of Company owned property to realize maximum return. Assist in the acquisition of real estate required for Company operations and disposal of real estate not required for Company operations.
Requirements
- Negotiate and handle details in connection with leases, surface and mineral, on Company owned real estate.
- Conduct inventories and inspections of properties to determine condition of buildings and lands.
- Negotiate for the sale of Company owned real estate.
