Job Description
Amex GBT is a company that helps business travelers access their choice of flights, trains, hotels, and more. We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Technology team.
Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Manage artifact repositories and dependencies using Nexus
- Administer and optimize containerized environments using OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using Ansible
- Write and maintain automation scripts in Groovy, YAML, Shell, and other DevOps-related scripting languages
- Implement AI and automation ideas towards DevOps and platform engineering solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize performance
- Manage version control workflows using GitHub
- Document processes and maintain project tracking in Jira and Confluence
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide technical support as needed
