Event Planner is responsible for all elements of the end-to-end management of an event, including sourcing, logistics, financial management and delivery.
Requirements
- End to End National and/ or international project management
- Run own events, including larger complex meetings
- Managing multiple meetings simultaneously
- Supplier management - negotiate and execute supplier deals and contracts
- Manage and develop new and existing client relationships
- Act as a primary liaison between the client, suppliers and internal team
- Operational management of the event database
- Accurate and timely data management
- Logistical coordination of the event
- Budget management – manage large/complex budgets, maintain working versions, process supplier and client invoices, manage cash flow and payment schedules
- Analytical Reasoning – using analysis of today’s meeting data for future event delivery
- Financial and Data Report creation per event, per client
- Policy management
- Additional duties as requested
- Onsite event assistance (if required)
