Job Description
Amex GBT is seeking a talented and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join their Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment processes.
Requirements
- 5 – 7 years of Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
- Proficiency with Nexus for artifact and dependency management
- Strong experience (5 – 7 years) with GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control and automation
- Demonstrated expertise (5–7 years) in OpenShift and/or Kubernetes container orchestration
- Solid knowledge (5 years) of Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration management
- Programming/scripting proficiency (3 years) in Groovy, YAML, Shell, and other DevOps-related languages
- Experience with Jira for issue tracking and project management
- Familiarity with Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing
