Job Description
American Health Associates is a premier clinical laboratory that services over 3000 long-term care facilities. As a Specimen Accessioner, you will support the overall function of the Accessioning Department and maintain quality customer service. Responsibilities include entering patient information accurately, processing laboratory samples, and troubleshooting problems.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Type minimum 40-wpm with minimal errors
- Data Entry experience
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with co-workers, clients, patients and/or visitors
