Job Description
Unity Psychiatric Care is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) RN to administer nursing services under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services. The ADON will be responsible for orienting, instructing, and supervising nursing personnel, evaluating patient conditions, and developing care plans.
Requirements
- Two (2) years’ experience in supervision of others in a hospital, long term care facility, or other health care institution
- Minimum of one (1) year experience implementing total patient care and care planning
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in geriatric and/or psychiatric nursing
- Current State of Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current CPR Certification
- Current State Driver’s license
- Current Auto liability Insurance according to Company Policy
