Job Description
The Teacher Assistant position is responsible for assisting the lead teacher with duties such as attendance and supervision during transitions, as well as providing instructional support and specialized care to students.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassionate and positive attitude
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to utilize educational technologies such as iPads, learning software, and basic word-processing software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
